Mel Lewis — Board Member
Mel comes with experiences in various areas both private sectors and government. He works for World Power Solutions and Associates, LLC as Client Relations & Business Development. He was a Regional Director for Canada and the United Kingdom, State of Utah International Business Development Office. Mel lived in Samoa for two and half year doing volunteering work. His education involves History, Political Science and International Relations, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Brigham Young University
Ao Pauga, Co-Founder of CERF
Ao is currently working for the State of Utah as a Fraud Investigator. He investigates fraudulent practices by business and individuals. His division also regulates Charitable Organizations and they make sure that these organizations are complied with the Utah laws. He has a Master in Business Administration.
Ruta Pauga — Board Member
Ruta works for National Bank of Samoa as one of the managers. She has been the liason and public relations for CERF for several years. She has helped CERF by coordinating several projects with schools, churches, villages, etc. Ruta understands the culture and has been a great asset for CERF in Samoa. She received a Certificate in Commerce.
Ousmane Sy — Board Member
Ousmane Sy is the VSQG Program Coordinator for Recology, a garbage company in San Francisco that provides recycling services to the city and county of San Francisco. He regularly sends recycle paint to poor countries around the world. So far, fifteen countries have benefited from the program.
He earned a bachelor degree in Socio-Anthropology and a certificate in Environmental Hazard Management.
